Our fleet at Akson Denizcilik consists of five well-maintained, modern Handysize and Supramax vessels, each operating with a strong commitment to environmentally responsible practices. With an average age of 10 years and a total carrying capacity of approximately 250,000 metric tons, our fleet is strategically designed to meet the diverse needs of the global shipping market, ensuring both reliability and sustainability in our operations.
Akson Denizcilik’s vessels have a global reach, engaging in trade worldwide. We charter our ships exclusively to first-class charterers and global trading houses, employing dynamic employment structures that include voyage charters in the spot market, contracts of affreightment (COA), and time charter arrangements. This flexibility allows our ships to transport a wide array of dry bulk commodities, ranging from major bulks like grains, coal, and iron ore to minor bulks such as fertilizers, steel, and general cargo. Annually, Akson fleet accounts for an impressive average of 2.5 million tons in transport capacity, effectively delivering a diverse range of products to meet the extensive requirements of our global clientele.
